NTRLY is out. As of today you can download it from the App Store on iPhone and from Google Play on Android, and the same account works here on the web.
We built NTRLY because the things that decide how you eat live in different places. What is in your fridge is in one app, if anywhere. What you ate is in a second, how much you moved is in a third, and the shopping list is on the back of an envelope. NTRLY puts them in one place, so a decision about dinner can take all of them into account.
Your kitchen. Scan a barcode, a receipt or a shelf and NTRLY builds an inventory of what you have, with expiration dates, so the things that need eating first are the things you see first. Groceries and meal plans are built from what is actually missing, not from a guess.
Your food diary. Log a meal by searching, scanning a barcode, photographing a Nutrition Facts label, or snapping the plate itself. Calories, protein, carbs and fat add up against targets set from your own goals.
Your activity. Record walks, runs and rides with a live map, follow workouts, and connect Apple Health or Health Connect so steps and workouts from other apps count too.
A Health Coach that reads your real day. Ask how many calories you have left, what to cook from what is in the fridge, or how this week compares with last, and the answer comes from your own data rather than general advice.
Shared with the people you live with. A household shares one kitchen, one grocery list and one meal plan, so two people stop buying the same thing twice.
NTRLY is free to download. Premium plans for one person (Solo), two (Duo) or a whole household (Family) start at $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, and are bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play.
This is version one, and we are listening. If something is missing or gets in your way, tell us at support@digitalsummitlabs.com — the first update is already on its way.
