One business day for anything sent Monday to Friday. Weekend messages land in the queue first thing Monday morning.
I've found a bug. What should I include?
Your device and OS version, what you were doing, and what happened instead. Those three things resolve most reports without a follow-up email.
Do you offer partnerships or API access?
Yes — pick "Something else" as your subject and tell us what you're building. We'll route it to the right person rather than sending you a form letter.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so refunds go through them directly. We can help you find the right page if you're stuck.
