Where do I actually subscribe?
In the NTRLY mobile app. Premium is an App Store or Google Play subscription, so the purchase, the receipt and the renewal all sit with your Apple or Google account. This page is here to show you what each tier includes — there is no checkout on the web.
Is it the same price on iPhone and Android?
Yes — $9.99/mo or $99.99/yr on both. One NTRLY account works on either phone and on the website, so which one you subscribed from doesn't change anything.
Is yearly actually cheaper?
$99.99 a year works out at $8.33 a month, so you save $19.89 against $119.88 of monthly payments — about 2 months free.
Is there a free trial?
No — there is something better: a free plan that never expires. Use Basic for as long as you like, with no card on file, and upgrade to Premium only when it is worth it to you. Premium is charged from the day you subscribe, and you can cancel any time.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it doesn't expire. Your whole pantry, expiration alerts, grocery lists and the shared household, with no card on file. What Premium adds is scale: the free plan does 3 scans and 5 AI requests a day and plans 3 days ahead, and Premium lifts all three.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, in both directions. Change the plan from the subscription screen in the mobile app; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep what you bought.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Because the subscription is a store purchase, you cancel it from Manage Subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play settings — no phone call and no retention maze. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export your data before or after you go.
