Privacy Policy
Draft — pending legal review
NTRLY helps you track what's in your kitchen. This policy explains what the app stores, where it stores it, and who else can see it.
What we store
Your inventory, meal plan, shopping list, chores, receipts and household settings. If you create an account we also store the email address you signed up with and the display name you chose.
Where it lives
Everything is written to your device first. If you sign in, the same data syncs to your household's record so the other members of your household can see it. Nobody outside your household can read it.
Photos and scans
Photos you take of items or receipts are used to recognize what's in them and are stored with the item they created. Receipt images are never shared with the store they came from.
AI features
Recipe suggestions, item recognition and the healthier-ingredient swap send the relevant text or image to our AI provider to generate a response. We don't send your name, email or location, and the provider is not permitted to train on it.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or build a profile of you for anyone else. There are no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the app.
Your controls
Settings → Data & Privacy lets you export a full copy of your data or delete all of it. Deleting removes the local copy immediately and the synced copy within 30 days.
Children
NTRLY is not directed at children under 13. A household member added as a Kid has no account of their own — they appear only as a name on the chore board.
